About Investingly
Investingly is a stock research platform for individual investors: a research terminal with company financials, valuation models, a screener, watchlists and ownership data (superinvestors, insiders, Congress) in one place. Research pages are free to read without an account.
Questions
Where does the data come from?
Financial statements, insider trades and 13F holdings come from SEC EDGAR filings (10-K, 10-Q, Form 4, 13F). Congress trades come from US House financial disclosures. Prices come from Yahoo Finance. International companies use their regulators' filings.
Which companies and markets does it cover?
US-listed companies that file with the SEC, plus a growing set of international markets.
How much does Investingly cost?
The Free plan costs nothing; you can read the research pages without an account and save watchlists and notes with a free one. Pro costs $30 a month or $240 a year ($20 a month), or $299 once for Lifetime. New accounts get 7 days of Pro without a card.
What does Pro add?
Longer statement history, full segment and KPI history, price alerts, filing notes, more reports and exports, and the complete insider history for each company.
Is Investingly investment advice?
No. Investingly shows data from public filings and models you can change; it does not tell you what to buy or sell.
