It is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, it is not tailored to you, and Stone Mountain Research is not a registered adviser or dealer.
Past performance, including back-tests and paper portfolios, does not predict future results. Paper portfolios use simulated money. Do your own research and consider speaking to a registered professional before investing.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
- Give us an email address you control and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Don’t share or resell access.
Plans, trials & billing
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no credit card. If you haven’t added a payment method when it ends, the trial simply stops.
- Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay.
- Cancel any time in Settings → Plan & billing. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
- If a payment fails we may pause access until it’s fixed. If we change prices, we’ll tell you before your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- scrape, bulk-download or resell Investingly’s data, or use it to build a competing service;
- try to break, overload or get around the security or rate limits of the service;
- use public portfolios, bios or support messages to mislead people, manipulate a market, promote a security you’re paid to promote without saying so, or harass anyone;
- upload anything that isn’t yours to share, or that is unlawful.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You own what you create — watchlists, notes, portfolios, bios and messages. You give us permission to store and display it to run the service, and, for anything you make public, to show it to other people (for example in Discover). You can make it private or delete it at any time; you can also download all of it.
Data accuracy
Market and company data comes from third-party providers and public filings. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and figures we calculate from it can inherit those errors. Prices may be delayed by 15 minutes or more. If you spot a mistake, tell us — we fix what we can.
Listings of investors and creators are compiled from their public disclosures. They are not endorsements, and the people listed are not affiliated with us unless we say so. If you’re listed and want to claim or remove your page, contact us.
Third-party services
Some features use services run by others — Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in, Interactive Brokers for statement imports, and Anthropic for AI Research with your own API key. Their terms also apply when you use them, and usage charged to your own API key is between you and that provider.
Warranty & liability
Investingly is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.
Ending your account
You can cancel your plan and ask us to delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms; if we close the service, we’ll give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
Changes & contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell signed-in users before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Investingly after that means you accept the new terms.
